Process photo from previous post (@isaacgreene). The pink cloth, which is pulled back for the photo, is there to cover the pins which are already in place so your threads don’t snag as you work. (There’s a circle hole cut in the center, which goes over the area you’re directly working on.)

Some real leaps in my bobbin lace learning happening! In this sample: a winding tape with (not very good) joins back to itself, plus added beads. Lots and lots still to learn . . . 🧶
